Our story
Construction you can count on
Managing Director Brendan Clohesy founded FEZ Constructions in 2012 and leads a passionate team of construction professionals committed to exceptional results. The company has steadily grown its capabilities, building high quality custom designer homes alongside larger commercial and industrial projects.
We take pride in competitive pricing and in our reputation for service. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget means we build long-term relationships with clients who come back to us, and recommend us to their friends and family.
FEZ Constructions is founded on the principle of construction you can count on, and on four core values: integrity, quality, accountability and communication. Our team is made up of qualified, experienced people with skills across the entire construction sector.

Brendan Clohesy
Managing Director
Brendan began his career with a carpentry apprenticeship, building his skills on architectural renovations and new homes. A passion for travel then took him to London for two years, where he worked on some of the biggest supermarket fit-outs across the UK, progressing from site foreman to project manager.
Back in Australia, Brendan relocated to Darwin, working on commercial sites and expanding into larger industrial projects. Working alongside some of the Northern Territory's biggest stakeholders gave him valuable insight into commercial business and reinforced the values of strong communication and team management that became the foundation of FEZ Constructions.
Today Brendan is hands-on in every FEZ project, and he is the person you will deal with from your first consultation.
