Rather than cutting the block flat, we design homes that step with the land: split-level layouts, suspended slabs and elevated living areas with decks that capture the view and the breeze. It keeps site costs sensible and gives a better result.

What is a landslide hazard overlay?
It is a planning overlay that applies to some steep land. If your property is affected, the design may need a geotechnical report and specific engineering. We check this before design starts.
