Let us know and we will come back and fix it. Your home is also protected by the QBCC Home Warranty Scheme, which covers structural defects for up to six years and six months, and non-structural defects for a shorter period after completion.

Yes. All residential work over the QBCC threshold is covered by QBCC Home Warranty Insurance, which protects you if the contractor fails to complete the work and against defects after handover.
