We work with experienced Sunshine Coast building designers and engineers, and Brendan reviews every drawing for buildability, cost and how the home will live day to day. Our clients regularly bring us rough layouts or a few photos, and we turn them into a home that suits the block and the budget.
You get one point of contact, one fixed-price contract and one team accountable for the result. No finger-pointing between a designer and a builder if something does not work on site.
